All orders must be referenced by a name, date and purchase order number. |

Cancellations or quantity changes are subject to the shipment status of the order.

Unless otherwise stated, orders of less than 16 cartons or 500 lbs. will be shipped via UPS ground with the freight charges prepaid by Ideal Door Components and billed to the customer.
|
|
Orders of 16 cartons or more of our Standard Door Plugs or SideLite Door Plugs will be palletized, shrink wrapped, shipped via LTL common carrier with the freight charges prepaid by Ideal Door Components and billed to the customer. Customers may add additional cartons of the new Lift Handle to pallet orders.

Claims of damages or shortages must be noted on shipping copy (bill of lading) with drivers signature. IDC must be notified within five days of receipt of material of any shortages or damaged shipments. Customer must assume responsibility once a bill of lading is signed by their employee. |

Returns of shipped merchandise will be accepted only after inspection and approval by IDC. Freight for returned merchandise must be paid by returnee. A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from credits on returned products, unless otherwise approved by management. |

IDC assumes no responsibility for injury or damage caused by the misapplication or misuse in assembly or disassembly of Chicks® Door Plug products. |
|
Payment terms are 1% 15 days, net 30 days, unless otherwise noted by management. Late payment penalties will be assessed a 1-1/2% per month penalty (18% per annum), or as allowed by individual locations. |
